Our Support Centre consists of a variety of teams, with a staff that is diverse in style and background. Our departments include:
Providing support and guidance to our restaurants to achieve company goals and objectives, while continuing to provide quality products and great service.
Provide forecasting, budget analysis, and support to our business including payroll, accounting functions and administrative responsibilities.
Supply Chain and Systems
Supply Chain coordinate promotional planning, supply and distribution to our restaurants. The team also manage agreements, stock, services, distribution and logistics to maintain highly effective processes and relationships.
Our full functioning Systems team have a range of experience providing reliable Information Technology support for the Restaurant point of sale and back of house systems and infrastructure. We also provide software, network, security and infrastructure support to our remote users, distributed offices and support centre.
Developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and communications, while managing all aspects of the marketing mix with a heavy focus on innovation to promote our brands as the best in the business.
Trusted business partners supporting sustainable growth through a highly engage culture. Providing support across the business in organisational effectiveness, IR/ER advice, recruitment, and rehabilitation and return to work support.
Property & Construction
To support continuous growth and quality, our team coordinate the build of new restaurants and remodelling existing ones, while carrying out ongoing maintenance on all our restaurants.
